With a Diploma in Interior Design she is also able to help with colour schemes to make your home more personal and individual. Bruce Lew Builder Pty. Ltd. has a "Plan Drafting" software to create your preliminary building plans at a small cost in preparation for quotation. Bruce Lew Builder will look after everything from plans, council, Insurances through to the final occupation inspection, all you need to do is turn the key and move into your new home. We use a "private certifier " to approve all Construction Certificate building approvals with a 24 hour turnaround, so when you decide to build, we can start to build you dream house with no delay. All our trades' people are local to Bathurst and have worked with Bruce for over 16 years and we make it our business to source out the best quality fixtures and materials from suppliers locally to complete your dream home.
